Solo Intensives
Sometimes the most important relationship that needs healing is the one you have with yourself.
A Solo Intensive at I See You is a rare opportunity to step out of the noise of daily life and into a dedicated, private space — just for you. Over three to five days in the tranquil surroundings of Tomar, Portugal, you will work one-to-one with Gaylin Tudhope in a bespoke programme designed entirely around your unique history, needs, and goals.
This is not talk therapy stretched over months. It is focused, immersive work that goes directly to the root.
Who Is This For?
A Solo Intensive may be right for you if you are:
-
Feeling stuck in recurring patterns of behaviour you cannot seem to break
-
Carrying unresolved trauma, grief, or loss that still shapes your daily life
-
At a significant crossroads — a career change, a relationship ending, a diagnosis, a new chapter
-
Experiencing burnout, anxiety, or a quiet but persistent sense that something is missing
-
Ready to do deep work, but need an environment and pace that weekly therapy cannot provide
-
A therapy-resistant individual who has tried traditional approaches with limited success
What to Expect
Your programme begins before you arrive. Gaylin will spend time with you in advance to understand your background and set clear intentions for the retreat. Every element — the modalities used, the daily structure, the pace — is designed specifically for you.
Schema Therapy & Memory Reconsolidation
Targeting the deep emotional beliefs driving unwanted patterns
Lucid Hypnosis
Accessing and reshaping subconscious memories and thought patterns.
Autogenice Therapy
Building self-regulation skills to manage anxiety and emotional reactivity
Constellation Therapy

Somatic Work
-
Releasing tension held in the body and reconnecting with physical wisdom
Yoga, Breathwork and Sound Therapies
-
grounding and integrating the work done in session
Format & Duration
Intensives are typically three to five days. The exact structure is agreed with Gaylin in your pre-retreat consultation and tailored to the depth of work you wish to do.

Coming alone takes courage.
You are not arriving to fix something broken — you are choosing to invest, fully and deliberately, in your own clarity, freedom, and joy. That is one of the most powerful decisions a person can make.
We are here to make that decision feel safe, supported, and entirely worth it.
