Family Retreats
At I See You we cultivate a therapeutic environment in which children, adolescents, and families feel recognised, supported, and empowered. Our goal is to promote emotional safety, meaningful connections, and enduring change by meeting families right where they are, facilitating their reconnection with hope, resilience. This model is suitable for families with both young and adult children.

Mission
Our mission is to provide compassionate, developmentally attuned, and family-centered therapy for children and adolescents with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental needs. Drawing on extensive clinical experience and evidence-informed approaches, we aim to support healing, strengthen relationships, and guide families through complex life challenges in a way that is respectful, engaging, and deeply human.
Method
Our work is grounded in the belief that healing occurs within safe, supportive relationships. Clinicians in this program bring extensive experience working with children and adolescents presenting with Autism, ADHD, attachment disorders, PTSD, OCD, and related challenges. This expertise allows us to effectively engage young people and their families in ways that feel accessible, positive, and affirming.
Therapeutic work with children is guided by the PACE model—Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy—ensuring that sessions are emotionally safe, relationally focused, and developmentally appropriate.
